Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, any deposits or payments made for work already completed are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for digital services and web development once the work has been delivered and approved. If a project is cancelled before work commences, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.
3. Revisions and Satisfaction
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will perform revisions as outlined in the initial project agreement. If satisfactory resolution cannot be reached after agreed revisions, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. Maintenance Services
Ongoing maintenance or retainer services can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Any unused portion of prepaid maintenance fees beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded.
